Radish Kitchen is a plant-based hub for the Peoria area. By moving into commercial kitchen space, Radish will have the ability to continue weekly food prep for the public, step into catering, offer convenient grab-and-go meals, and host events. The storefront will offer plant-based and vegan products currently unavailable in the Peoria region as well as several resources to ensure plant-based eating is accessible to all. This will be done through the sharing of educational resources, holding workshops, hosting community events focused on plant-based living, and offering a round-up option with each transaction so meals can be provided to people who need them.
At this time, I am raising funds to purchase equipment including a triple bin sink, pots and pans, a stovetop and oven, refrigeration, a freezer, ventilation, and more. Any funds raised will also help with any construction of the space, including electrical needs and gas hookups. Commercial kitchen space is limited and rare in the Peoria region, so I am asking for your help to build out space to continue serving our community.
